While the office is always busy, it really seemed like there was a lot going on in the office this fall. Our entire team is working on continuing education and professional development designed to improve the quality of the services we deliver to our clients.
Earlier this year, Chris took time out of his schedule to write a book called 6 Simple Steps of Personal Financial Management. We will feature the book in future blogs. Copies of the book are available at our office.
Reg is working on an advanced tax and estate planning course. We are seeing a growing demand for this type of planning for our clients.
Allison is taking another Sage Simply Accounting course. Her role as Operations Manager includes paying the bills and running payroll. We rely on the Sage reports to measure our progress throughout the year.
Our newest team member, Kate Simak, has taken a lead role as Marketing and Administration Assistant in direct support of Reg. Kate is studying the ADVOCIS Best Practices Manual and continues to identify opportunities for us to improve our processes.
Our social media manager, Carly Kliewer enrolled in a course to further her marketing skills. Her posts have a large following.
As a team, we held a planning session focused on a strong finish for 2019. It's hard to believe that the end of the year is drawing near and we want to make sure we have strong momentum going into 2020.
